FAQ
Unless otherwise stated, each item is sized as a unisex garment. If you prefer a looser fit, it is recommended that you size up. Each item may also be susceptible to minimal shrinkage upon washing and drying. You can view our size guide to see measurements for our tees, sweatshirts, and sweatpants.
Because each item is handprinted and made to order, your item should be ready to ship out within 5 - 10 business days. For more information, you can view our Shipping & Returns policies.
Because each item is specifically made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased items. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding an order you received, you can contact us at tandemink@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you find that your order is damaged when it first arrives (i.e. loose stitching, small tears, etc.), please contact us at tandemink@gmail.com with more information. If the item itself contains preexisting damages, we'll send a replacement ASAP!
Unfortunately, once we ship out an order we have little control over how the package is handled by the shipping carrier. If an item appears to have been lost or stolen, you may need to reach out and file a claim through the shipping service provider (in most cases, we ship orders through USPS). If you find that you have still not recevied your order after the estimated arrival date provided with the tracking information, you can contact us at tandemink@gmail.com and we will provide you with as much assistance as possible.
